This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how we handle payments, cancellations, and refund requests for our Chrome extension products and subscription services.
1. Free and Premium Features
Our Chrome extensions are free to install and use with basic functionality. Some advanced or premium features require an active subscription.
2. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis monthly, until canceled by the user.
3. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window for first-time subscription payments. If you are not satisfied with the premium features, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
Refunds will not be issued after this period or for renewals of existing subscriptions.

4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.
5. Exceptions
- Refunds may not be granted if you have used the premium features extensively during the refund window.
- Refunds will not be issued for renewal payments made after the 14-day period.
